Delivery Times

Netherlands
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Europe
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on destination and courier service.

International (outside EU)
Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 working days. Customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we always aim for fast dispatch, delays can occur due to transport companies, holidays, customs or external factors.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 working day, depending on product availability and order size.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together in one package whenever possible.
